Adult group work programmes starting in January 2023

We will be starting several groupwork programmes in the new year. We have tried to provide a range of times and dates to hopefully suit most people. If you can't find a programme below to suit you, please contact us and we can look at offering you one to one support.

More information about the content of the two courses can be found below. Please note, we are no longer offering the Freedom programme, the VOICE programme is a replacement for this which we have found very effective.
